Took exit from Union Bank of India through VRS at the age of 49 and thereafter conducting a crusade against injustice meted out by banks and IBA to bank employees in denying them the social security benefit of Pension. Calibrated pressure on Trade Unions which were mute on the issue for about seven years from 1999 to 2006. The buried item was resurrected into life and the work had a culmination in redeeming the lost right of pension to about 5,00,000 employees on rolls of banks and to about 50,000 retired employees through Joint Note dated 27.04.2010. While unions pawned the rights of members and retired employees after regularly collecting subscriptions, fought for their rights and revived their shattered dream of pension. NOW FIERCELY FIGHTING FOR RECTIFICATION OF THE GROSS ANOMALIES IN THE JOINT NOTE TO RESTORE THE LOST STATUTORY RIGHTS OF BANKING COMMUNITY.
